La Pavoni Esperto Competente, the cutting edge model of lever machines. Valuable materials and the chance of a constant monitoring of the brewing pressure carried out by pulling down the lever, allow even the most demanding users to brew a customized espresso through repeatable extraction curves.
The Esperto Competente is provided with pressure manometer on the brewing group to monitor and adjust the water pressure during extraction, group temperature indicator on the brewing unit that indicates the group head temperature to prevent overheating and carefully hand-made using high-quality materials and wooden handles. The machine is delivered with traditional portafilter, a bottomless portafilter, three filters and a inox tamper.
