Manual l Quick Mill Evolution 70 Model 3130, which has an exterior in beautiful high-polished steel, is a high-quality Italian home-based espresso machine, based on all the knowledge built by Quick Mill since its inception in 1945.
Quick Mill Evolution 70 Model 3130 warms the water efficiently through a thermoblock. All drinks are programmable, i.e. it is possible to adjust the amout of water that is just for the different brewing buttons. The coffee brewing temperature can be adjusted through the electronic temperature control.
The steam pipe is heat insulated. For easier brewing, the machine has a pressure gauge that measures pressure during brewing. You can also adjust the brewing pressure by means of a screw near the steam pipe of the machine.
The machine comes with a filter holder, one and two filter cups, coffee measure and a plastic tamper.
To get the full potential out of Quick Mill Evolution 70 Model 3130 you need a good grinder, preferrably one of the grinders from Eureka, Macap or Rancilio.
