 A coffee grinder with dosing mechanism grinds the coffee into a dosing container, e.g. Rancilio Rocky Doser and Eureka Mignon Doser. The first step is to grind the coffee, which then ends up in the dosing container that sits on the front of the grinder. Step two is to dose the coffee straight into your filter holder, press the handle on the dosing tank.The dosing container has wedge-like compartments in which the pre-ground coffee is collected, each of these compartments is a dose of coffee. When you press the handle the dosing tank rotates and a dose of ground coffee is put forward to the outlet and down inte the filter of your filter holder. The dispensing container must be stuffed with ground coffee for this to work well. At a cafe, there is a need to quickly fill a filter holder with the same amount of coffee every time, a container of ground coffee is quickly consumed at a cafe, a coffee grinder with dosing mechanism is therefore an excellent choice for professional use.
