| Service during the guarantee period | ||
KaffeGrossisten offers one year guarantee (Jura two years). If you have a guarantee issue, please fill in our service form and e-mail it to info@kaffegrossisten.se. After having read your description, we will inform you how to take care of the fault. If it is a guarantee issue, and the machine is bought at KaffeGrossisten, we will inform you where to go to have the fault taken care of. If you live more than 40 kilometres from the nearest service dealer, we will arrange so that you can send your machine for service without any freight charge. |

Is your espresso machine, coffe brewer or grinder in need for service after the guarantee period? Please contact us via e-mail info@kaffegrossisten.se and we will refer you to a service center based on where you live and the machine you have. |
